8 cups of cooked rice
3 cloves of garlic
4 red chillies
2 inches of belacan (1 spoonful shrimp paste)
Leftover fried fish
A handful of dry anchovies
Long beans, cut into small bite size
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of cooking oil
1. Pound garlic, shallots, chillies, anchovies, fried fish and shrimp paste together.
2. Heat oil in wok. Throw in the pounded ingredients. Fry few minutes until fragrant.
3. Put in the long beans and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Put in the rice and 2 tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix well.
5. Salt to taste.
