3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 red chili,sliced
- Heat the oil in a large frying-pan. Add the onion and fry until it is soft. Add the ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients, increase the heat to moderately high and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until the bean sprouts are cooked through but still crisp.
- Transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve at once.
