5 large prawns
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
- Clean prawns and remove shell but leave the head and tail intact. Mix prawns, milk, butter, salt and sugar, stir. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil, fry prawns until pale brown. Dish up and drain oil.
- Serve with mustard sauce or chili sauce.
