Fried Egg with Soy Sauce : Malaysian Recipe


6 fried eggs
2 cms ginger,sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 onion,sliced
2 green chillies, cut into two
2 red chillies, cut into two
30 ml black soy sauce
20 ml light soy sauce
20 ml cooking oil
50 ml tamarind juice
Salt to taste


Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Add in the onion, garlic and ginger. Fry till fragrant.

Add in black soy sauce, light soy sauce and tamarind juice and salt.

Allow mixture to simmer for three minutes.

Put the fried eggs in, coat it with the mixture and add in the red and green chillies.

Serve immediately.
