Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 chili, thinly sliced
2 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoon sugar
Method:
1. Slice cucumber into half. Then slice cucumber into 0.5cm in thickness.
2. Slice chili thinly.
3. Put them in a bowl.
4. Add soy sauce and sugar. Simply mix them.
5. Chill the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours or more.
6. Serve cold with rice.

ReplyDeletethank you for following my blog! means alot i love too cook also and when i saw this recipe it looks like something us Latinos (especially mexican-spainards-phillipinos) eat! cold cucumber with lime and salt and chile for fruit! mmm we eat it as a snack! im posting that tonight!
